I have bought a Dell PC few years back and now I thought a need of a Laptop computer so that I can do all my pending work even when I am not at home or away from home during vacations ,or at work .

I asked my computer expert friend for advise .I wanted to buy what ever is best available .He advised me to buy Dell or Sony laptop .He said Dell are excellent in PCs and Sony are best in Laptops and its up to me what ever you choice.

I asked few of my friends and also checked dell and Sony web sites .I found Sony VAIO best and selected FE series out of dozen other series.

VAIO is now called VGN and I liked the VGN-FE41Z the most .It was exactly what I wanted and also fulfilling all my needs. VGN-FE41Z has windows vista ,Build-in camera, build-in speakers, build in blue tooth and also few others features which are quite new and attractive features for me and just bought this laptop of Sony. I though selected the laptop on line but ordered by calling them at call centre so that I can get better deal .I really get better deal like free delivery ,carry case at 40% discount and also 2+extended warranty (at discount price).

The body of VGN-FE41Z is charcoal black ,sleek design,2.8 kgs in weight so that very easy to carry ,mobile technology,14.1″ screen size, built in camera helps me to show my self to my friend and family on line without the head-ach of carrying web camera every where .The picture quality is excellent and obviously Sony quality, I also got a adobe photo editing and viewer for free .Built in speaker also helps me . I simply bought Netgear wireless router at home and now I am able to connect to the Tiscali broadband which I already have at home PC without spending more on broad band .

I find Sony laptop excellent ,easy to use, nice soft keys of key board ,touch pad is very sensitive to touch ,,due to high quality built in blue tooth ,it generate powerful signals and there is no problem in connection .

I have connected my VGN-FE41Z to my Dell PC so now I give instructions to my printer which is connected to my Dell PC computer from my laptop .I can print a paper even when I am sitting away from the PC on the other room with my laptop. I am now working on LAN setting so that I can share my documents that are on my PC with my laptop .

I am very happy and fully recommend it to every body

So you are thinking about getting a laptop. What are you getting your laptop for…is it going to be your main PC, a 2nd computer or just something you want to travel with or be able to move anywhere. Well you if you just need that you can move wherever then a Netbook may be your best bet!

I have had my Asus 1005ha-p for 8 months and really haven't had any problems. I absolutely love it. I used to have a Toshiba laptop that weight about 6 or 7 lbs and I felt like I was lugging something much heavier so I wouldn't like to just carry it around or move around. I decided to get rid of that go with the Asus and I have been impressed. I can easily move its near 3lb (probably around 3.2 with ac adapter) weight around with ease and forget I even have it sometimes. The 10 hour battery charge makes this even easier because I really don't even need the ac adapter.

Ok now you are thinking….10 hours…whoa! Well hold your horses. That is 10 hours (possibly 11 if you bring down the graphics) if you tone everything down and run it at its lowest processor speed and have WIFI up. Well most people get the Netbook to use the Wifi so you looking at more of around 7.5 hours. That is still pretty amazing and allows you to forget the a/c adapter.

What else does this little laptop have. It does have the new 802.11n ability (more range and speed) but I hear it is more of a beta test so the speeds aren't as guaranteed yet but I haven't tried out on any other routers except the 802.11g. For the most part, I also enjoy the mouse's ability to expand and the shrink the view of the screen with the use of two fingers (spread out two fingers on the track pad to expand and put them together to shrink the screen).

Another cool thing that this computer has is that you can change the speed (which changes the battery life also) of the net book via the Super Hybrid Engine that goes from 900Mhz to 1.66GHz to 1.9GHz).

Problems or disappoints now… I would have to say that the biggest turnoff of net books is that they lack an optical drive so as I said before, if you need to use a DVD or CD, you will have to get an external one but I have really only use it once. The screen really isn't big enough to watch movie a lot unless you are traveling. I do like to hook this up and streaming movies onto my big screen TV via VGA and sound cord (sorry… no HDMI…which is the ONLY reason I thought against getting this).

Oh yea and I said I really hadn't any problems because I couldn't the F9 recovery option to work because my computer was locking up at one point so I got an external DVD drive to load the DVD recovery disk.

Last point…this is the higher model of the three 1005ha's…I have the top one which is the 1005ha-p (premium) and the 1005ha-v (value) is the middle one while the 1005ha-b (best buy edition) is the lower one.

Below are the differences of the three 1005ha's…at least the ones I notice.

1005ha-p specs that the others don't have (includes 1005ha-v and 1005ha-b specs too)

    - N280 Processor (1.66GHz but can be over clocked to 1.9GHz or under clocked to 900MHz)

    - 1.3MB Camera (some places have shown that the 1005ha-v has this but IDK

    - I also got a free computer sleeve with mine and its pretty nice and says “Eee”

    1005ha-v specs

    - 6 cell battery

    - Bluetooth

Some of the specs that all have

    - New 802.11n wireless

All this for a pretty decent price! I also own a 1005ha-b and just wish it had a bigger battery so you can see that I thought highly of them. Heck, it will be out most net books and all laptops that I know of in battery life with its wifi on…without wifi on, its demolishes the competition!

After nearly a year of FIFA 09, I'm about ready for a new FIFA game to play. The past two or so months have been filled with anticipation for FIFA 10. EA Games provided us with video trailers, and pictures, just basic introductions to the game to get us excited. More recently, EA released the FIFA 10 demo, available in Europe before us North Americans could get our hands on it. Just like the demo, the game was to be released in Europe beforehand, and it's actually been out there for awhile. We've heard good things about it from Europeans and game reviewers, but North Americans really only have the demo to experience it for ourselves, for now. The demo has been great, it seems like everything that was wrong with FIFA 09 has been fixed, but we wont really know until the game is released on October 20, 2009. For now, we can only speculate as to what the game will be like, and thats what I aim to do in this preview.

The first thing I'm going to focus on- Where can you buy your copy of FIFA 10? Let's be honest here, a soccer game is going to have quite a hard time selling out in North American stores. I know that GameStop is offering a FIFA 10 preorder deal where you receive a year-long subscription to The Soccer Magazine when you preorder the game. But in all fairness, you're not going to really need to preorder the game in North America. Europe saw the game sell out quickly because of its higher popularity there, but it's different here. In terms of what stores will cary the game, GameStop, Best Buy, Wall-Mart, and others, are all likely to have it. Most stores that usually carry video games will probably have it on the release date, but I'd recommend you call in just to make sure.

EA Games, the makers of FIFA 10, have told us that FIFA 10 is jam-packed with loads of new features that will make FIFA 10 “the greatest soccer game ever made”. The first new feature that really got me interested was the Virtual Pro Mode. FIFA 09 featured the “Be a Pro” mode where you create a character and play games with him. The more games you play, the better your pro will get. FIFA 10 builds on this by allowing you to play with your created player in numerous new game modes, including online with other online gamers, and build a team filled with created players.

Another feature of FIFA 10 is GameFace. GameFace is a program that you can install on your computer. You upload a picture of your face and it makes a virtual player that looks just like you! From there, you can download the face on to your game system, where you can play Virtual Pro with your created face on your player! Virtual Pro and GameFace are the two features that make me most excited for the FIFA 10 release.

FIFA 09 had a lot of problems with dribbling. Many gamers felt that they did not have enough control over the player when dribbling. The new 360 degree dribbling feature allows for precise control over players when dribbling and lets you dribble around defenders in ways not before possible with FIFA 09. Overall, 360 dribbling allows for a more authentic dribbling experience and makes it less of a passing game all the time.

Like any other game series, the graphics are always supposed to improve with every new game. One thing that I believe EA Games has been great about is substantially improving the graphics with every new release of a FIFA game. I recommend that you go take a look at some of the screenshots that EA Games have provided us with so far on the FIFA 10 website. FIFA 09 had some problems with graphics on the faces of players, but that doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. With FIFA 10, everything just looks very real.

That's my preview of FIFA 10, for all of you North Americans out there like myself. I'm sure that Fifa 10 will be a big improvement from Fifa 09, which was already an excellent game. Until October 20, we're just going to have to make do with the demo which has already set high expectations for the full game.

After some struggles to earn promotion to the Bundesliga 1, Munich 1860 signed another American, reports Kicker. Striker, Josh Wolff, will be relied on to score goals in close matches to help the team escape second division soccer.

The Lions are currently only four points short of earning promotion. The team counts on a strong backline led by American defender, Gregg Berhalter, who appeared for the U.S. National Team in World Cups 2002 and 2006.

The former captain of Energie Cottbus helped the East German team climb into the Bundesliga 1 last season, only to remain in the Bundeliga 2 by signing with Munich 1860.

Wolff will join his American comrade after several successful campaigns in Major League Soccer. Wolff was a Fire original and played 84 matches for Chicago. While in the Windy City, the young striker tallied 32 goals.

After his success in Chicago, the Georgia native moved to Kansas City to play for the Wizards. While with the Wizards, Wolff put in 27 goals in 80 matches.

In 2003, Wolff suffered a meniscus tear and ankle injury which slowed his blistering pace significantly. However, the forward finished his last three MLS seasons healthy. Wolff scored 25 goals in the past three seasons with the Wizards and all but maxed out his salary under the league's tight cap.

Like most European teams, 1860 only signed the striker to an 18 month contract. The reasons for the short contract are multi-fold.

Few European teams will give any player pushing 30 more than a one year deal. The belief is by that age most players, especially forwards, are finished. Wolff is 29.

Munich 1860 also struggles with budget issues. Despite the team's recent success, previous pushes toward the “Big Show” have hurt Munich's funds. The team simply can't afford to issue a big contract.

Wolff is an American. Although signing American players is becoming more common in Europe, it is still viewed as a gamble. Despite appearing in two World Cups, Munich will keep in mind that he only scored once in both.

For Wolff, this move is elementary. His salary is largely fixed in the MLS, and he's still fairly young. For the forward to start preparing for retirement, he needed to go abroad. This move will help him further develop his on-field smarts and ideally help him establish a comfortable nest egg.

Here is the official Press Release from FIFA

    FIFA Press Release

The FIFA Emergency Committee decided yesterday, 11 May 2010, to suspend the Salvadoran Football Association (FESFUT) on account of government interference. This decision by FIFA is based on the fact that the statutes ratified by the FESFUT general assembly in August 2009 have not been formally entered in the country’s official register, and that the government has failed to acknowledge the authority of the Normalisation Committee set up to represent FESFUT.

Consequently, FIFA considered that it was not possible for FESFUT to organise the elective general assembly in line with the action plan that had been drawn up and has suspended FESFUT until the Salvadoran authorities formally accept the legitimacy of the Normalisation Committee installed by FIFA and sign the new statutes that were adopted by the FESFUT general assembly in August 2009.

If the Salvadoran authorities do not revise their position by noon (GMT) on 8 June 2010, the FIFA Executive Committee will be obliged to propose to the FIFA Congress that FESFUT be suspended. If the Congress upholds this proposal, it will not be possible to lift the suspension until the next FIFA Congress in June 2011.

Furthermore, during the period of suspension, FESFUT will not be able to be represented in any regional or international competitions. For example, the refereeing trio selected for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ will not be able to participate in this competition if FESFUT remains suspended.

Despite the seriousness of this situation, the FIFA Executive Committee has expressed its full support for the FESFUT Normalisation Committee, the authority currently recognised by FIFA

    @Richard Murphy

The “dumb” was unnecessary, although others and myself have received far worse descriptives from you.

My assumption here is that FIFA is a non-profit organization (it might be stinkingly corrupt, but that is a separate matter), and therefore re-distributes all its revenues, after costs. Why would you want to treat any differently from any charity? the scale of FIFA’s revenue is massive (and shocking to me, because I simply don’t get the attraction of soccer as entertainment), but it does not change anything to the principle.

    As per your other ideas:

    a) Local profits from trading by FIFA limited companies

OK, so I guess you would suggest taxing Greenpeace and/or Amnesty International as well?

    b) The players earnings in SA

That is a weird one: I agree players’ earnings should be taxed (are they earning anything, since they are playing for their national side?), but should that not be in their country of residence. Put it like this: if a professional is based in London and is sent for 1 month to South Africa on a non-recurring assignment, where should he/she be taxed?

    c) All local broadcast profits

I don’t know about the South African media market, but if it is like in the US, the profits will be taxed. Assume ESPN buys the rights and generates advertising revenues during broadcasts. The profit is taxable at the corporate rate. I suppose that the local equivalent of ESPN is no different.

    d) Image rights exprted

I do not understand what you mean. The biggest benefitor of the event in terms of image (if it goes well) should be South Africa itself. Should the country tax itself, and if so, on what?

The real question is to what extent a government should underwrite this type of events. To me, it appears perfectly pointless to build massive new stadia if there is no commercial justification to do so. If a commercial rationale exists, private capital should be available. This would allow the South African government to allocate its resources to much more urgent priorities.

Every day a World Cup in South Africa draws a small closer, as well as as a outrageous football air blower myself we would be fibbing if we pronounced we wasn’t a tad excited. So it seems have been a guys over during Sony, they appear to be starting to impassioned lengths to yield a good World Cup knowledge for those who aren’t advantageous sufficient to be upon a craft to Jo’burg themselves.

In conditions of televisions they have introduced an tasteful Sony trade-in scheme, broadcasting comparison World Cup games in 3D TV to symbol a arise as well as a ultimate complement in to their World Cup credentials is not a damaged metatarsal, though a streaming use that allows owners of internet continuous Sony BRAVIA TVs or Blu-Ray players to perspective a pick up of World Cup matches.

Unfortunately, prior to we get as well excited, this is no live streaming use giving we entrance to this year’s World Cup (however we will be means to watch that upon BBC HD as well as ITV HD). Instead, they will yield their pick up of mythological World Cup matches as well as even a tip twenty moments movie formed upon a many prestigious foe in football.

All of this, as well as more, will be accessible by a BRAVIA Internet Video service, that gives existent as well as impending BRAVIA owners entrance to locate up services such as Demand Five. In addition, Sony have additionally cumulative a understanding with LOVEFILM, permitting business to tide full length cinema to their HDTV or Blu-Ray player. It’s all terribly available as well as will be a acquire further to a ever-growing list of methods to watch TV.

All of this has been brought about by Sony’s brand new partnership with FIFA, that intends to move not usually TV, though all kinds of multimedia party to a vital room together with games as well as movies.

Speaking upon a announcement, Christian Brown, Senior Category Marketing Manager for Home Entertainment, Sony UK, said:

“We have been really vehement to suggest a catalog of a FIFA World Cup Collection to consumers in time for a 2010 FIFA World Cup. Thanks to BRAVIA Internet Video as well as a partnership with FIFA, we can have a little of a biggest football moments come to hold up in consumers’ vital bedrooms opposite Europe during a hold of a button.”

The partnership with FIFA will move a immeasurable operation of World Cup movement to Bravia Internet Video as well as a following is a catalog of a tip footy calm we should demeanour out for this summer:

Flamengo has won its sixth Brazilian Championship by beating Gremio 2 x 1, to tie Sao Paulo for the team with the most Brazilian national soccer tournaments in history.

Adriano, the former Inter Milan striker, who had a serious career low just a few months ago, has resurrected his career in grand style, not only winning the most coveted tournament in Brazil, but also concluding the competition as its top scorer with 19 goals.

While living in Brazil in the 80s, I was one of the few fortunate people who had the priviledge to see up close the Flamengo Golden generation of Zico, Junior and Leandro, and I was lucky enough to be there in Maracana when Flamengo won that 1982 Brazilian championship.

Last August, I visited Brazil and met with Adriano and several members of theFlamengo team at their training camp in Rio. At that point, Flamengo was in 17th place in the “Brasileirao”, and if I had told anyone at that time that I tought they would end up as champions just three months later, no one would have believed me.

Being a former striker myself, I clearly remember my chat with Adriano as we discussed ways to dodge markers and how to improve the team's midfield to forward connection and other aspects of the game.

As one of the most die-hard Flamengo fans you can ever find, I could not be any happier to see that not only did Adriano figure out how to dodge those markers, but I am also happy that the team has found its compass and has combined extremely well, and went on to do the impossible: to move from 17th to 1st place in the most important national-level soccer tournament in the whole of South America, in a time span of only three months.

That night in August, as I used to do so many times back in the 80s when I was living in Brazil, I had the pleasure of accompanying the team to Maracana Stadium, and watched as Flamengo beat Atletico Mineiro, which was at that time the team that was in first.

That day in August I had no idea, but that very same game I watched was to be the first of a series of a spectacular comeback performances, not only for Adriano but also for Flamengo.

Today after winning the championship match, Adriano stated that “this is a dream, to be a champion again and, above all, to be happy” . And, his feeling is shared by millions of Brazilians, who are fans of the largest Club in Brazil: CRF (Clube the Regatas do Flamengo).

Adriano, who has earned the nickname “The Emperor” while playing in Italy, was once, not very long ago, the most feared striker in the world.

After having a series of personal problems, the Emperor was released by Inter Milan and joined Flamengo, the team that had discovered him for soccer. There he regained his old form and even managed to reclaim a spot on the Brazilian National squad during the World Cup qualifiers.

It remains to be seen if this performance on the Brasileirao will be enough to earn Adriano a spot in the 2010 World Cup team. But regardless, Adriano has written a major page in his personal soccer story, and helped Flamengo regain its status as one of the greatest teams, if not the greatest, in the history of Brazilian soccer.

Thinking of buying a second hand Toshiba Laptop?

Most Toshiba Laptops are well made, durable, are high quality, proven reliably and packed with many features!

First of all you need to establish some criteria for selecting your new purchase.

    Your Budget
What the machine is going to be used for
    Features required
    Battery Life
    Internet ready
    Condition
    Warranty

    Your Budget

Working only to a budget is a good way to buy, but you can miss out on much better machines unless you read the following.

Work out realistically what you have to spend on a selected machine and compare prices either on the Internet or off it.

Your aim here is to get the best possible machine for the money available to you.

A typical pitfall here is to look at the cheapest machine on offer in a given situation and then comparing it to a more modern machine, you cannot realistically compare more modern machines with older machines unless the sales pricing is virtually equal then you can include higher spec machines.

If laptop purchase price is to far away from your budget then work within the suggestions above.

If your working on the upper end of the budget spectrum, around 375-650GBP(400USD~750USD) then here are the best bargains available, but generally speaking most purchases will be from 90GBP-250GBP (100USD~300USD) within the Second hand Toshiba Laptop sector.

Always work to you budget and do your research before you buy.

What Your machine is going to be used for

This is often a very overlooked topic, when buying your next Toshiba write down exactly what the machine will be used for, if its for very basic use then see below as an example.

    Word processing
    Emailing occasionally
The odd download here and there
    Wireless
Machine will be static and fixed permanently
    Basic Internet browsing, viewing websites
    Educational and Homework duties
Occasional DVD films and program installs

…. this is a typical classification of a machine that requires relatively light duties, its not going to be used very often or moved frequently, and judging form the requirements fits a children’s or very early teens homework machine. I could recommend the following for this task

High end PIII machine such as a Toshiba Sat 1100, Sat 1000s/3000z (you will need to buy a cardbus WIFI card) or a Toshiba Sat 4600 (WIFI internal),Tecra 9000 series(built in WIFI and Bluetooth) or a Sat Pro 6000 (with WIFI built in).
Low end to Mid range P4 Celeron such as a Toshiba Sat 1110, Sat Pro 1130,(both cardbus WIFI required) Sat Pro 6050(PIII1200 inc built in WIFI), Tecra 9100(P4 built in WIFI), Sat S1900 but more pricey.
Average Prices as low as 80GBP up to about 175GBP (95USD~200USD)

    Another example

    Photo shop capability
    DVD and CDR writing
    Web design
Very light gaming (depends on the games requirement)
    Flash graphics work
    Some DTP work
    WIFI capable
Does it need to be that portable? battery life questions?

This class is really in the mid to high end second hand bracket, Minimum spec here would be a P4 2.8Gig/3.2Gig machine, large screen 15.4″ or 15″ may be a requirement, as is a 32M /64M ATI/NVidia graphics solution (as a bare minimum), and might be essential for Photo shop. I would recommend a machine with at least a bare minimum of 768M but 1Gig or more is better for this type of work, 60gig minimum disk space and at least three UBD ports. To sum this machine could be for a university student looking for a powerful cheap design machine or a semi professional DTP user.

Toshiba Satellite P20/25 Series P4 machines (were originally Multimedia/lifestyle machines)
Toshiba Tecra M10 series centrino with 64M Nvidia graphics solutions
Toshiba Tecra M3 Series Centrino with Nvidia graphics solutions (but with a smaller 14.1″ screen)
Toshiba Sat M40 Centrino (533Mhz bus) 15.4 wide screen display  (M30 not suitable but cheaper)
Toshiba Sat A60 P4 2.6 or above (don’t buy the celeron version) 15″ screen
Toshiba Sat M60 Series are very good High end Centrinos with a 15.4″ screen
Prices form a Low 165GBP to 280GBP (180~310USD) depending on condition and spec

    and finally another example

    EBay usage
    Web browsing
    Office 2003 or above
    Accounts packages
WIFI and WAN and LAN capable
    2xUSB
    Good Battery essential
Reasonably small footprint size but not below a 13.3″ display
    Good Keyboard quality
    Weight under 2.5Kg

This is the classic business machine setup, I would only recommend Centrinos for this kind of work simply because the machine has a requirement for being used out of the office and away from a mains supply for some periods of time and Centrino’s are much more power efficient and can be controlled better, than say a P4, Older Celeron P4’s and PIII machines would not get a look in here. Plus the heat given of from centrino’s are much less than say a High end P4 3Gig machine, at least if you have to use it on your lap you can without it getting too hot!

Interestingly some Centrino Duo machines come into the picture here as well. Wide screen or very large screens here at not essential since the user will be spending time using word processors, browsing emails, using spreadsheets, and will probably benefit from using a smaller machine than lugging around a really big machine from a 15.4″ upwards.

Also in the business world you have to consider not only lugging around the laptop but any paper work and accessories as well, with really big laptops this can be a big disadvantage. Another criteria is a nice keyboard action or a machine that has a good qaulity keyboard that’s well laid out and has some palm rest space to rest your hands on when in contant use.

Toshiba Tecra M2 Series machines with a 14.1″ screen and a Combo drive in case you need to burn data.
Toshiba Sat L10 and L20 Machines (but only after its been upgraded to a centrino) celerons are not up to it.
Toshiba M5 (Centrino Duo) but not many around 14.1″
Toshiba Tecra S1 Series both the 15″ and 14.1″ machines.
Toshiba Satellite M50 Machine 14.1 windscreen which is a great machine for this kind of work
Prices from about 160GBP up to 220GBP (180USD~290USD) should get some you good machines

I haven’t really touched on gaming, the reason being is that most second hand machines are really not up to the task, despite what some dealers will tell you (unless your playing very old games), most very recent games require very strict hardware specifications which really means that its out of most peoples budget, the second thing is unless you spend at least £1000GBP(1500USD) you will not get a laptop that is capable of running very modern games. Better to buy a game console or buy a high end PC at half the price of a high end laptop and at least you can upgrade it as you go along.

I would like to thank you for reading this far and in Part Two we will be looking at the next section- Features required

There is a reason why soccer is not called ‘football’ in America…soccer sucks. American football is far better and far superior than the world’s so-called most popular sport, which for some reason is also called ‘football.’ If this is confusing don’t worry about, Americans already have it figured out.

American sports fans decided to call this ridiculous sport ‘soccer’ a long time ago, and gave the term 'football' to a far better, more appealing sport.

I am not writing this to offend anyone, or to attract more readers. The fact is that soccer is boring and it simply makes no sense. The goal is bigger than a two-car garage, but yet nothing happens for 86 minutes! Guys are running (and walking) all over this massive field, yet nothing ever happens.

Most Americans view soccer as just a big game of keep away. Why the rest of the world continues to play this sport is beyond comprehension. I will always fail to understand what makes soccer so great and so fun to watch. Soccer fans shout at me ‘you just don’t understand.’ I agree.

    • I don’t understand how a sport can have an ‘offsides’ penalty when that is the only way a teams can have an offensive advantage.
    • I don’t understand why professional athletes can’t put a round ball in a goal the size of Rhode Island.

    • I don’t understand how anyone can get excited about one goal being scored during 86 minutes of play.
I don’t understand why soccer players are so fragile. One minute they are being hauled off on a stretcher and ten minutes later the same guy is scoring a break-away goal!

    • I don’t understand how 100,000 fans can start a fire and riot after a 1-0 contest. Maybe they looked elsewhere to cure their boredom.

    • I don’t understand why David Beckham has to look like a girl.

    • I don’t understand how European soccer fans in the year 2006 can yell racial slurs to black athletes. It is also horrible to see FIFA not do a damn thing about it.

Ask me why I love American football, baseball, basketball or even hockey and I could go on and on about how each position in each sport requires a combination of athleticism, violence, speed and skill and each has the ability change the momentum of the contest or determine the outcome of the game.

Also, professional sports in America are paced well and have a nice flow with breaks in the action that allow the game to be analyzed by fans and broadcasters.

    Soccer has none of this.

Die-hard soccer fans argue that soccer is the ‘world’s greatest game’ or that in every other country but America it is the most popular sport. Just because everyone else is doing something, don’t make it right. Heck, the Chinese are still using chop-sticks!

Other countries don’t have any other choice. Other than rugby and cricket, what else is there for professional sports outside the United States?

    Badminton? Handball? Curling?

America pretty much leads the world in entertainment and when America says something is boring then we are probably on to something. Baywatch reruns can be found in almost every household around the world. We know how to entertain and we know sports.

If you’re into soccer, kick yourself silly. Just don’t expect us to join you kicking and screaming with joy.

Sorry soccer fans, your ‘football’ sucks.
